 The Lovedesh Luxe Store, is a world first.

We are waiting to open a store on Bond street, London UK.

It’s why the Lovedesh Empress Dress is £1.136,113.61.

All our prices in the Lovedesh Luxe Store reflect the 1,136 lives of garment workers, who were killed when a factory in Bangladesh called Rana Plaza collapsed.

And yes, we work with the victims directly.

LUXE STORE

We have the Luxe store (of items you can pre-order from 2025) and the Merch store (items you can order that are packed and shipped for you by our ethical UK supplier).

Every penny from our Luxe Store goes towards creating and sourcing luxury items that are often original, designed for different budgets (because we believe luxury should be inclusive) with some of our fashion ranges dedicated to fighting modern day slavery, child labour and preserving and protecting ancient heritage skills.   By creating jobs for the world’ s poorest.

 

MERCH STORE 

All our Merch is made from organic cotton and in a factory that uses renewable energy.   Aprons, t shirts, hoodies and more.

Your order will arrive and is despatched by our UK supplier. In order to keep our costs down. We simply earn a commission to fund our luxury brand.

HOW YOUR ORDER WILL HELP PROTECT PEOPLE AND PLANET 

Lovedesh is not a charity, it is a social enterprise.  This means we generate income and profit for good.  Our founder Yasmin chose not to have any investors. Nor bank loans.  There are no for-profit partners either,.  Lovedesh won’t ever permit investors into Lovedesh.  As once it does – profit would then become King. Not people nor planet.

That makes life pretty tough for us.

We rely on every sale, to help run Lovedesh.

All of our activities are either funded by our founder and chief executive Yasmin Choudhury, whom you can read about more, here.  As she used every single penny of her savings and past wages to fund it all.  Or we use money earnt from sales made from our clients.  From 2025, we will start the formal process of donating some of our sales and profits to our sister charity Amcariza Foundation.  After this charity was attacked.  By those seeking to destroy the work done by Lovedesh.  This charity was set up by founder Yasmin as far back as 2010, to fund some of her most pioneering projects to rescue people from poverty and conflict in the UK, Palestine and Bangladesh. From human rights cases fighting on behalf of garment workers to anti-poverty grassroots projects to create jobs, fight modern day slavery and child labour.

By ensuring we keep to this business model. we keep the Lovedesh brand authentic, pure and ethically conscious, to ensure we never have place profit over people and planet.
