How long do I have to make a return?

 

You have 30 days to make a return. You must send back and upload the return tracking number within 30 days after the purchase date. Jewellery and food items are non-refundable due to hygiene issues.

What is the return method, and do I have to pay a return shipping charge？

2. Self-Sending (Return by yourself at your own cost) with the original packaging as we love to recycle.
